Cancellation Policy
Advance Reservations All event bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date to ensure proper arrangements. Payment & Confirmation A booking is considered valid only once payment is received and confirmation is issued. Cancellations & Refunds Payments are non‑refundable. Guests who cancel or fail to attend will forfeit their reservation fee. Transferability Bookings may be transferred to another guest name if requested at least 5 days before the event. Force Majeure In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), management reserves the right to reschedule or provide equivalent service credit. Guest Commitment This policy ensures that seating, accommodations, and event arrangements remain guaranteed for confirmed guests.
