Booking Policy
1. Reservations

Bookings can be made directly through our website, official social media channels, or authorized booking partners.

A valid name, contact information, and payment details are required to confirm reservations.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Casa Loubel.
2. Payments and Deposits

Full payment or deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation.

A refundable P1,000 security deposit is reququired upon check-in.
-
Environmental fee: Collected upon check-in (as required by LGU)
-
Additional services (dining, beverages): Must be settled the day before check-out
-
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and GCash.

Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges
3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM

Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
-
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charge of P1,000 per room.
4. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations Allowed: Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

Forfeiture of Payments: Any payments made are non-refundable and will be forfeited in favor of Casa Loubel.
5. Rescheduling Policy

Guests may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability.

Rescheduled bookings will be charged according to the prevailing rates at the time of the new reservation. If the previous rate is higher than the new price, the higher rate will apply.

Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email or by phone using the contact details provided, at least 7 days before the new schedule. Casa Loubel reserves the right to decline rescheduling if the reason is deemed unacceptable.

6. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will forfeit all payments made.
7. House Rules

All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes, with a ₱2,000 fine for violations.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone’s comfort, if assistance is needed, feel free to ask our staff.

Please treat staff and guests with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.

The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of personal belongings, while staying at the resort.
8. Visitor Policy

Outside visitors of in-house guests are not allowed inside the rooms.
9. Corkage and Outside Food Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the beach and pool areas.

Guests who wish to bring outside food or drinks must secure prior approval from management.
-
Corkage fees apply for any outside food or beverages brought into the resort, please ask our Front Desk for the charges.

All outside food must be consumed in designated areas only.

The resort reserves the right to confiscate or refuse entry of outside food and beverages if corkage fees are not settled.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the resort’s in-house dining options for a safe and hassle-free experience.
10. Swimming Pool Policy

Open from 7am-7pm.
-
Daily cleaning schedule 6am/11am/3pm.
-
No lifeguard on duty—swim with caution.
-
No diving—the pool depth is 4–5 feet.
-
Appropriate swimwear is required.
-
Please rinse off before entering the pool.
-
No drinks, food, alcoholic beverages or pets in the pool area.
-
Do not enter the pool if intoxicated to prevent accidents.
-
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
11. Beach Swimming Policy

Swim with caution — no lifeguard on duty.
-
Observe posted flags and signs indicating water conditions (e.g., strong currents, jellyfish alerts).
-
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
-
No swimming after 7PM or during inclement weather.
-
Avoid alcohol consumption before or during swimming.
-
Respect marine life — do not disturb corals, fish, or other sea creatures.
-
Use appropriate swimwear; no glass containers or sharp objects allowed on the beach.
-
Stay within designated swimming areas marked by buoys or ropes.
-
No littering — dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
-
Report emergencies immediately to resort staff or the nearest safety station.
12. Pet Policy

Casa Loubel welcomes small dogs only (1 foot or smaller in height) with a non-refundable fee of ₱600 per pet, per night.

Each room allows one small dog within this size limit.
-
A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out, subject to inspection for any damages..

Pets must be fully vaccinated (vaccination records required upon check-in).
-
Dogs must be leashed (or carried) in public areas and wear diapers at all times inside the property.
-
Dogs are not allowed to be placed on top of dining areas.
-
If a pet attacks or bites anyone, the owner is financially responsible for all medical expenses.
-
The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, fatalities, or loss of pets, while staying at the resort.
13. Force Majeure

Casa Loubel is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
-
In such cases, rebooking options may be offered subject to availability under the terms specified in Section 5.
